Matt (vocals, guitar) and Steve (upright bass) started playing music together in 1991, in a band called the Red Devils. The Red Devils lasted about five minuts, and then Matt and Steve started up the Lone Star Trio. The original LST had Steve A. on drums, then on to Clint P. for short while. The definitive version of the LST was with the final drummer Chris A. The guys toured and played their asses off non-stop, from 1992-1995. This band was much more than your garden variety "rockabilly band", but was still limited by the deffinitions of that genre. Matt and Steve went on to persue their band Eleven Hundred Springs, which is currently enjoying a huge sucsess. Chris A is currently a full time drummer, enjoying a good living out in Hollywood.
